Movies & dinner
I haven’t done movie marathon for the longest time. So me and the drummer caught Transformers & Drag me to hell. Quite awesome to movie marathon. We’ll be so doing it again.
We had dinner at this seemingly old english restaurant and the food there was fabulous. I tried foie gras for the first time and I seriously don’t appreciate such food. I suspect my life’s wretched. I’m wasting fine food. I’m not into sea urchins too.
Anyhu.. my drummer is awesome companion in many sense!

I would like to think this is the exact same relationship I have with Shirley. The dynamism of a lead vocalist/guitarist/songwriter and a drummer. We are the backbone of our bands and we will always have each other’s back no matter how tough the going goes. The Von Bondies started in 1997. Midnight Marvel started in 2007. Hopefully, we will last just as long as the VBs in time to come.
Here’s to 2017.
